To ensure smooth processing, clients are responsible for: Providing accurate and complete personal and educational information. Adhering to the timelines and instructions provided by our team. Maintaining clear communication with us during the process.

3. Fees and Payments
All service fees are communicated transparently before enrollment. Payment must be completed as per the agreed schedule. Fees are non-refundable except in cases where explicitly mentioned.

4. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and ensure that all your personal information is handled securely. Your details will only be used for the services you have requested and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Kanchanjunga Japanese Education Consultancy is not liable for: Delays caused by third-party entities such as embassies, institutions, or government offices. Rejection of applications due to client errors or incomplete documentation.

8. Termination of Services
We may terminate services if: False or misleading information is provided by the client. The client fails to fulfill payment obligations or does not cooperate with the process.
