To begin your educational journey in Japan, reach out to us through our inquiry form or connect with us via social media, phone, or a personal visit. Fill out the application form you receive with your personal details so that we can assess your eligibility for a student visa.
Once we receive your application, we'll prepare the necessary documentation and submit your paperwork (SoftCopy) to the school for a preliminary screening. If there are any questions or errors, we will get in touch for clarification or corrections.
After finalizing your documents and ensuring all information is correct, we will send your complete paperwork (including translations) as hard copies to the school. The school will then forward all documents to the appropriate immigration authorities for processing.
Once your application is finalized, we will submit the soft copy of your paperwork to the school for screening. If necessary, we'll request any clarifications or corrections. After all documents are verified, the complete set of documents will be submitted to the school and then sent to the immigration office.
After submitting your application, the next step is to wait for feedback. During this time, immigration may contact you or your sponsor for additional information or documents. There will be no updates until a decision is made on your application.
Once the results are in, we will notify you immediately. You will receive your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and other important documents from both us and the school. At this point, the school will ask you to pay your tuition fees. Once your fees are paid, you can proceed to the nearest Japanese embassy to apply for your student visa!
After receiving your COE, the school will request the payment of your tuition fees. You will need to visit the Ministry of Education to obtain a No Objection Letter (NOC) and go to the bank to transfer your tuition and other fees as indicated in your invoice letter.
Once you have received your original COE and other required documents, you can apply for your student visa at the Japanese embassy. Submit your documents, and once your visa is approved, you will receive your student visa stamped in your passport!
After collecting your visa from the embassy, attend our Pre-Departure class to get all the information you need for your arrival in Japan. Book your flight ticket, and you are all set for your exciting journey! Best wishes for your studies and future endeavors in Japan!
